v1.1 - Post-7DRL adjustments

Version 1.1 includes a few basic post-7DRL improvements:
- Halved trigger rate of Flaw curse
- Replaced the error message when trying to cast a spell with no echos collected to tell the player to rest first
- Fixed typos and reworded some confusing language
- Added spell costs and damage to the character select menu
- Bug fixes to address potentially weird behavior in a few rare corner cases
- Forbid reading scrolls after completing a floor (it was harmless to allow but basically never useful)
Some of these changes are thanks to feedback from DFuxaPlays (who did a video review) and Kyzrati (who streamed the game), so special thanks to both of them.
With future releases, I plan to greatly expanded Loose Spirits with significantly more content, but that's basically going to be a complete rewrite of the game, so I have no idea when the next release will be.
